We tried throwing the ball in to the basket and also bouncing it in.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/cartmill\/files\/2023\/02\/9CB275C2-4D21-4ABC-9B44-6B9163FB33D2.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23510\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/cartmill\/files\/2023\/02\/9CB275C2-4D21-4ABC-9B44-6B9163FB33D2-300x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We had great fun trying but some of us found this a little tricky so we decided to practise our throwing skills a bit more.<\/p>\n<p>We practised throwing and catching and also bouncing and catching. \u00a0We learned that we need to make sure the other person is ready to catch before throwing and we need to have hands out and keep our eyes on the ball to catch it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/cartmill\/files\/2023\/02\/074EA27A-729C-4635-BDD7-4961BC286502.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23509\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/cartmill\/files\/2023\/02\/074EA27A-729C-4635-BDD7-4961BC286502-300x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After this we put our skills to use and played cooperatively by making a circle and passing the ball to the person next to us.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/cartmill\/files\/2023\/02\/95002876-BB68-4FC5-815F-6A065D458D26.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23511\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/cartmill\/files\/2023\/02\/95002876-BB68-4FC5-815F-6A065D458D26-300x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We learned that we should throw under arm when passing to a person and we need to alter how hard we throw depending on how far away the other person is.<\/p>\n<p>Brilliant ball work boys and girls \u26bd\ufe0f\ud83c\udfc0\u26f9\ufe0f\u200d\u2642\ufe0f<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This morning in the garden we have been practising our balls skills.
