\u201cLook, we\u2019ve got big ones AND littles ones!\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cLook at all my circles. It\u2019s like all the planets in the solar system\u201d<\/p>\n Some children even used their imagination to extend their learning further, and turned their shapes into something completely different!<\/p>\n Other children suggested we went a \u2018colour hunt next\u2019 which was really fun! We hunted in different rooms and in the garden and found some really interesting things to sort into our colours.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m going to find lots of purple because it\u2019s my favourite colour. It matches my dress!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI want to draw my pink things.\u201d<\/p>\n The children loved exploring, collecting and sorting all different shapes and colours throughout the playroom and displaying their findings to their friends.
