Today in the Home room we have enjoyed spending time at the playdough station. \u00a0We have learned lots of different skills while we manipulate the dough into wonderful creations. We used a variety of loose parts to inspire our creative thought and design processes.<\/p>\n

First we made the playdough. The children asked for purple playdough. We decided to use our colour mixing skills to make purple by mixing red and blue paint together.

\n\u201cLook what\u2019s happened when we mixed them together. It\u2019s purple\u201d<\/p>\n

After we had made our playdough, we began to let out our imaginations flow, creating our playdough masterpieces.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI made a sun\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u201c<\/p>\n

\u201dLook it\u2019s a unicorn\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a star wars alien space ship with lasers that are flying\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a face and the dark purple is the hair\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m using the stones to make a happy face\u201d.<\/p>\n

We have been engaging fully with our learning today, building new skills are proud to show everyone what we created.<\/p>\n
