We\u2019re going on a number hunt, we\u2019re going to find a big one!<\/p>\n

Today the children had so much fun going on a number hunt in our local area. We found lots of numbers in some interesting places!<\/p>\n

We even took little Blue along to help us on our hunt\u2026<\/p>\n

We put our thinking caps on and thought how could we make our own numbers? We found some big sticks, and some little sticks and made some numbers in the gloopy mud! It was very sticky. We couldn\u2019t go under it\u2026 we couldn\u2019t go over it\u2026 we had to go through it!!!<\/p>\n

\u201cit\u2019s very very squelchy\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201dI\u2019m going to write 5 because that\u2019s my number\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201clook, it\u2019s a 0 and a 1!\u201d<\/p>\n

Well done boys and girls, you were all super detectives on our number hunt!!<\/p>\n

I wonder where else we could find some more interesting numbers? Or maybe you could try going on a letter or a shape hunt! Have fun everyone \ud83e\udd29!!<\/p>\n
