During this term we are investigating time as part of our numeracy planning. This morning we looked at our clock and discussed what we know about time, clocks and why we need them.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cIt\u2019s a circle.\u201d- C<\/p>\n

\u201dIt\u2019s to put the numbers up.\u201d- E<\/p>\n

\u201dIt\u2019s for play time and home time.\u201d- L<\/p>\n

\u201dIt\u2019s for lunch time.\u201d- R<\/p>\n

\nThen we made our own clocks. We drew round a circle, made a great \u00a0attempt at writing all the numbers and then we discussed the hands of the clock.<\/p>\n

\nOnce we finished making our clocks we used them to play the game What\u2019s the time Mr Wolf?<\/p>\n

The wolf turned the hand to show which number they were calling out and, even though it was pouring rain, we all had great fun taking turns of being the Wolf.<\/p>\n
