Downloading Teams App

Hi all, if you are wanting to down load the Teams app you will be asked to enter an email address. Please use your Glow email address as this will link directly to the Primary 5 page.

The address should be the username followed by @glow.sch.uk

e.g. gw09gordonstuart2@glow.sch.uk

I hope this helps but if you have any further questions then please just let me know.

Mr Gordon.

Week beginning 24th August

Hello everyone, I hope that you all had a great weekend. From this week on wards Primary 5 will be using their Class Teams page to display information.

To use it please log on to Glow and then left click on the Teams app that appears on the pupil or school page. I will work with the class this week on how to do this.

Also, the first time a pupil logs on they will be asked to choose a password. To make sure a strong password is used pupils should:

  • choose a word/words they will remember
  • be able to spell each word
  • use a mixture of upper & lower case letters
  • use numbers if they want
  • use punctuation if they want

e.g. Red Football? or Orange Tig3r!

I will work with the class on this during the week but if you have any questions then please feel free to ask me.

Thank you for your help,

Mr Gordon

Welcome back Primary 5!

I will put more information here when I receive it but I can let you know that PE days this year will be Wednesday & Thursday. For PE please bring the following:

  • suitable outdoor trainers
  • black/navy blue shorts, leggings or jogging bottoms
  • white top

The class will be taking part in PE lessons outdoors as much as possible, even in wet conditions so please make sure that the proper PE kit is brought to school each Wednesday and Thursday.

Thank you for your help,

Braidbar Primary School

Homework W/b 4th December 2017

Dear Parent/Carer,

Physical Education is a very important part of your child’s Health and Wellbeing. This week your child’s homework focusses on this part of the school curriculum. Your child will be given a sheet home today, along with a description of the many benefits that an active lifestyle has, asking them to complete two tasks.

The first task is to simply colour/highlight any of the afterschool clubs that Braidbar Primary has put on offer this school year.

The second task asks each pupil to complete a Physical Activity diary for the upcoming week. This can include Braidbar Primary clubs that the pupil attends, clubs that each pupil attends out with the school environment or any physical tasks that the pupil decides to do her/himself.

Thank you for your continuing help and support in this area.
