The Eco Committee encouraged all classes to design a new Eco Code for the school that reflected this year’s targets. The final Eco Code, an acrostic poem, was created by taking extracts from various poem entries.

Energy is important so save it while you can.

Carbon footprint must be reduced.

Only turn on the heater if it is cold.

School grounds belong to us so let’s keep safe and tidy.

Creating new and exciting areas in and around the school.

Helping hands are more than welcome to make sure our school stays clean and attractive.

Our bins should never lie empty.
