A calendar of events, including the Primary \u2013 Secondary Transition programme is available from our cluster primaries and via the school website.<\/p>\n<p>There are\u00a0three cluster primaries that feed into Woodfarm High School;\u00a0 Braidbar Primary, Giffnock Primary and Thornliebank Primary.
