The NHS are re-running their “Meet the Medics” online at 19:00 on Wednesday 24th March.<\/p>\n

This event is for anyone who intends to apply to medical school in October 2021 who has not had the opportunity to shadow doctors face-to-face or to speak directly to doctors about the career. Candidates will be placed in small groups and will have the opportunity to speak to several pairs of doctors from a number of specialties and also medical students from the Scottish medical schools throughout the evening. Feedback from previous Meet the Medics events has been excellent, giving a greater insight into the highs and lows of a life in medicine – which is vital for a successful medical school application.<\/p>\n
