Pupil Achievement

Congratulations to all our pupils who competed in the Renfrewshire Heats for the Scottish Schools Swimming Finals.  Williamwood pupils achieved 4 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals at this event, along with 28 top 10 placings.  Well done to all, as these results are absolutely outstanding for a group of pupils from one school.  This success highlights the hard work and dedication that this group of pupils apply towards such a demanding sport.

Many of our pupils then qualified for the Finals event on Saturday 26 February and performed incredibly well, with pupils from all over the country competing in 71 different events over the course of the day.  You can view the Williamwood results by clicking on the image or the full results by clicking here.  A huge well done to all those who qualified and took part in this highly competitive event.
