Big Day Out

We hope that all of our pupils taking part in the Big Day Out on Monday have a great day. There are lots of in-school activities to choose from if you prefer to remain in school. Pupils staying in school for our ‘Big Day In’ do not need to wear uniform on Monday.

Pupil Achievement

Congratulations to all of the Primary 7 pupils from Busby, Carolside and Netherlee Primary schools who recently competed in the Williamwood Cluster Maths Challenge.  Following on from heats which were held at the primaries, the winning teams from each school competed in the final which was staged at Williamwood High School.  The final consisted of 3 rounds: group-based written questions, a practical puzzles challenge and finally, a high-speed buzzer round.  The winning team were Busby, who just pipped Carolside to retain the trophy, and so congratulations go to Rae, Shubh, Sam and Kshitij.

Pupil Achievement

Congratulations to the eight S2 pupils who recently took part in a codebreaking challenge organised by pupils at Mearns Castle High School.  Our pupils competed against four other schools and the team consisted of Annabel, Libby, Owen and Cameron who won first prize!  Well done!
