We are pleased to announce that our hugely successful ‘T in The Street’ project has been awarded “Best Established Intergenerational Award” from the national organisation Generation Working Together. Our partnership with The Richmond Fellowship has allowed our S5 pupils to develop a host of skills by working with local residents suffering from Dementia. All fifty pupils involved this year were also commended with a Convenors Award for outstanding achievement in community services. Due to the success of this project this year, our current S5 pupils are looking forward to taking their skills and experience out into the community next session. A huge thank you and well done to all of the pupils, staff and partners involved in this project and we look forward to sharing the next stage with you.
