KPMG are looking for young people who want to find out about their future career options, as well as discovering more about themselves.
The KPMG Discovery programme will run in summer 2017 and give an excellent insight into the work they do at KPMG and the way they do it. During the programme you will get to meet and network with KPMG staff from across the business and will undertake a series of business challenges, skills workshops and research tasks designed to develop the key skills you need to thrive at KPMG. On our 5-day and 3-day programmes, you will get the opportunity to work shadow to see the type of work our staff undertake on a day-to-day basis.
You will also get the opportunity to find out more about the range of school leaver programmes and if you complete the Discovery Programme you will be eligible to be fast tracked through the application stage for KPMG360º, their rotational apprenticeship programme*.
*Subject to meeting the required academic requirements.
How to apply
All applications must be submitted online. See the KPMG website to learn more about the programme and submit your application.
The application form gives you the opportunity to tell KPMG why you want to participate in their Discovery Programme. It is a good idea to do some research beforehand to make sure you set yourself apart from other applicants. You might want to hear about what some others have said about the programme here.
Also remember to think carefully about which KPMG office you would like to apply for. It is often best to choose the one closest to where you live. Remember to mention how you heard about this programme!
There are a very high volume of applications for the KPMG Discovery Programme and so we would strongly recommend applying early.
