This week, Mr Fisher presented our 4^th year Hospitality pupils with their Elementary Food Hygiene Award from the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland. The award recognises awareness of food hygiene in the hospitality industry and will allow our pupils to undertake work experience or gain future employment in the food industry. Congratulations to all of our pupils on their achievement.
