Intermediate 2 Hospitality Prelim 2014

The Intermeidate 2 Hospitality Practical Cookery prelims will take place during the last week of Januray and first week of February. Pupils are allowed to practise dishes at home in advance of their practical exam.  Links to the candidate instructions, recipes and marking scheme can be found below:
