School Pupil Council

The School Pupil Council at Uplawmoor Primary school is made up of pupils from each class.  All pupils who are interested in being on the Pupil Council make a presentation to their class on why they would be an effective member.  Pupils are then elected to represent their class at meetings.

During meetings, members discuss issues pupils have raised about making improvements to the school and learning experiences.  All suggestions are considered and discussed further with Mrs Wallace.

The Pupil Council organise many events some of which raise money for charties.  They present regularly to the whole school at assemblies.
