The annual National Parent Forum of Scotland Annual Conference takes place this Saturday 5 October at Bishopbriggs Academy.\u00a0 The topic this year centres on Health and Wellbeing which is an important element of Curriculum for Excellence.\u00a0 The keynote speaker is Aileen Campbell, Minister for Children and Young People.\u00a0 The event contains workshops specialising on specific areas of health and wellbeing and culminates with a Question Time style closing section giving parents and families the opportunity to ask questions of those tasked with implementing Curriculum for Excellence and the new qualifications.<\/p>\n
