This pack will be issued to your child in school this week.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Please ensure that you have completed the consent form and your child has returned this in the brown envelope to the school office by Friday 26<sup>th<\/sup> January.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This allows the NHS Immunisation Team and school staff to facilitate the Immunisations and avoids delay and further disruption to the school day.
