{"id":25661,"date":"2020-04-08T07:00:29","date_gmt":"2020-04-08T06:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/StNinians\/?p=25661"},"modified":"2020-04-06T10:51:48","modified_gmt":"2020-04-06T09:51:48","slug":"holy-week-wednesday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/StNinians\/holy-week-wednesday\/","title":{"rendered":"Holy Week &#8211; Wednesday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Wednesday:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Normally in a parish this is a useful day as we are about to celebrate the Sacred Triduum.\u00a0 Busy days ahead.\u00a0 People to see.\u00a0 Arrangements to be made.\u00a0 Plenty to do.\u00a0 But now\u2026nothing.\u00a0 For priests, the days to come will be strange as they celebrate the three holy days in an empty church with no congregation, no servers and no readers or extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion.\u00a0 \u00a0Memories, perhaps, of hectic times that were so tiring and, at the same time, so rewarding.
