The S2 pupil finalists who presented on their charities were a true inspiration. To present with such confidence a and passion at a young age is commendable. Well done to every young person involved.<\/p>\n
This year, the young people supporting Cosgrove Care charity were the winners of the \u00a33000. They should each be immensely\u00a0 proud of their success. The \u00a33000 donation from the Wood Foundation will have a great impact on the work of the local charity.<\/p>\n

YPI is now in it’s fourth year of running at St Ninian’s High school and is now lead by Mr Kerr. YPI engages every S2 pupil in the school.\u00a0 It is a fantastic opportunity for pupils to work as a team to gain hands on experiences of philanthropy. It\u00a0 raises pupils awareness of social issues and gives them a variety of transferable skills which allows them to make a positive difference in the community.<\/p>\n We look forward to introducing the current S1 pupils to YPI when they start in S2.<\/p>\n Please find images from this years event here:<\/p>\n
