Well done to the following girls who participated in the Scottish Schools’ Football Association U14s Final at Toryglen Regional Centre on Friday 6 December.<\/p>\n
In November the team managed to qualify by topping the West regional group by winning every game.<\/p>\n
On the day of the final the girl\u2019s illustrated fantastic work ethic, hunger and desire. The final\u2019s had 9 teams who were subsequently placed in 3 groups, with only the winners of each group progressing. We drew the first game 1-1 with St Ambrose and then beat Lasswade High 3-0. However, St Ambrose progressed from the group on goal difference as they beat Lasswade by a slightly bigger margin.<\/p>\n
The full team should be extremely proud of their achievement and effort.<\/p>\n
