Filmclub has created a scheme called Filmclub Young Talent.\u00a0 Pupils were asked to apply to be either:\u00a0 Filmclub Reporters, Filmclub Reviewers or Filmclub programmers.\u00a0 Both Jack and Chris applied for the opportunity to be Filmclub Reporters and both boys have now been asked to attend workshops (one in Manchester and one in London)\u00a0on 12th May\u00a0regarding the Filmclub Reporter posts. Filmclub Reporters are members who wish to learn more about the world of film particularly from a press and public relations angle.\u00a0 The aim is to develop their confidence to enable them to learn interviewing techniques, presentation skills and handling the media.\u00a0 Many congratulations to both pupils!\u00a0 We wish them every success in this exciting endeavour!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
