{"id":13866,"date":"2016-09-02T14:11:13","date_gmt":"2016-09-02T13:11:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/StNinians\/?p=13866"},"modified":"2016-09-02T14:11:36","modified_gmt":"2016-09-02T13:11:36","slug":"friends-of-st-ninians-12","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/StNinians\/friends-of-st-ninians-12\/","title":{"rendered":"Friends of St Ninian&#8217;s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The \u2018Friends of St Ninian&#8217;s\u2019 first meeting of the new session will take place on Tuesday 13 September at 7pm in the Staff Room.<\/p>\n<p>The Friends of St Ninian&#8217;s are a group of parents and staff who organise school events such as the Pamper Evening, Family Ceilidh, Burns Celebration and Sports Day.\u00a0 Proceeds from these events help to support school activities.<\/p>\n<p>There are approximately 6 meetings per year, all of which are\u00a0very informal.\u00a0 There are no official office bearers and so\u00a0nobody is &#8216;roped in&#8217; to do anything that\u00a0they are not comfortable with.<\/p>\n<p>The meetings and events are all great fun and the perfect opportunity to get to know parents and staff within the St Ninian\u2019s community.
