As we begin a new month the PE department are asking pupils to follow the Mindful March calendar to help improve their health and wellbeing. 

 

Health and Wellbeing – Physical Activity

As we continue to work from home, please remember to take some time away from your screen and take part in physical activity. This will allow you the opportunity to improve your physical and mental health.
