These donations will help\u00a0change the lives of people living in poverty and those devastated by conflict and natural disasters.Our appeal was boosted by UK Aid Match funding from the UK Government, which meant that every pound was doubled.<\/p>\n<p>Lord Bates of the Department for International Development (DFID) visited Our Lady of Good Aid Cathedral Primary School in Motherwell for the big reveal of the final total.<\/p>\n<p>Schools, parishes and people throughout Scotland raised a fantastic \u00a31,663,918, and with Aid Match that was doubled to \u00a33,198,056.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you one and all for supporting the WEE BOX in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for your continued support,<\/p>\n<p>Elaine McGinlay and Mark Booker \u2013 Schools and Education Officers<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for your generosity and kindness!
