In St Luke’s High School Social Subjects Department, we provide courses which develop pupils’ understanding of how Geography, History and Modern Studies affect society, our lives, and the wider world we live in.

Throughout Social Subjects courses local and regional examples are studied where possible, and this is then put in a national and international context. In this way pupils are encouraged to develop responsible and informed attitudes about the world around them.
