With ‘Technology’ influencing our lives so fundamentally, it is extremely important that pupils leave school with a robust understanding of how technology is designed, controlled, and brought to the market place.

The S1 and S2 course is designed to integrate the various areas of technology across the faculty into one common technology course. S1 and S2 course content balances practical work together with theoretical technology principles to support pupils in their future studies and in their daily lives outside the formal school context.

The Business, Technology, & ICT faculty offers over 20 separate courses from S3 onwards to examine technology in the 21st century. Most subject areas offer progression from Intermediate to Advanced Higher levels.

The faculty works hard to provide courses that are enjoyable and promote success for the pupils.
