The Partnerships Division:

design and build contracting, mixed tenure and speculative development, estate regeneration and property support services
nationwide. We work in collaborative long-term arrangements with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and other
stakeholders to build high quality housing and sustainable communities. Over the next five years, we are targeting considerable growth utilising our expertise in forging innovative partnerships with both the public and private sectors.
Purpose of the role:
Provide effective and efficient support to the Morrison Construction Central Business Unit
- Plan weekly activity with the Site Manager
- Co-ordinate the activities of particular sub-contractors/trades to ensure work is carried out efficiently
- Monitor the quality of work carried out and address any issues as directed
- Ensure health, safety and environmental legislation and company procedures are followed onsite at all times
- Keep up to date and complete site records in line with company and legislative requirements as directed
- Communicate with clients and third parties in Morrison
- Constructions best interests at all times
- Set role model and ensure high standards of personal conduct on site at all times
- Identify potential issues with successful project delivery. Discuss with line manager and agree solutions
- Assume responsibility for the use of and security of all surveying equipment
- Applicants must be computer literate, especially in MS
Word, and it would be desirable to have a working
knowledge of MS Excel, Asta Teamplan or Power Project
Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications Required
- * 3 passes at Higher level minimum B and to include Maths
and a science

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is working in partnership with the Prince’s Trust to deliver a 6 week pre employment training programme suitable for anyone aged between 16 and 30 who is currently not in employment or education/returning to education who wants to begin a career as a Healthcare Support Worker (Nursing Assistant/Auxiliary Nurse) with the NHS.
Following a period of classroom training delivered by NHS professionals you will undertake a 3 week work placement as a Healthcare Support Worker placed on Hospital Wards in either Inverclyde Royal Hospital in Greenock or the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.
Please note this is not a work experience programme – all those who successfully complete the training and work placement are guaranteed an interview for a job as a Healthcare Support Worker therefore only candidates who are interested in employment as a Healthcare Support Worker (Nursing Assistant/Auxiliary Nurse) need apply.
