The exact dates this\u00a0form will be\u00a0available will be advised in due course.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have made your application, you must report to your catchment school during the week 14<sup>th<\/sup> to 18<sup>th<\/sup> January, with the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your child\u2019s birth certificate<\/li>\n<li>Your current Council Tax Statement<\/li>\n<li>A recent mortgage statement or tenancy agreement<\/li>\n<li>Child Benefit Statement, if you receive this, or a recent utility bill, bank statement (showing transactions in the last 3 months) or a driving licence<\/li>\n<li>Your child\u2019s Roman Catholic Baptismal certificate, if you have one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Placing request applications must also be made online.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Changes to Primary 1 Applications For children due to start school in August 2019, you must make your application via the new online system in January 2019.
