Pupils may come dressed as their favourite character from a book and prizes will be given for the best costumes.\u00a0 Over the last two weeks pupils have been writing stories using one of the SHANARRI indicators as their theme.\u00a0 The winners from each stage will be rewarded with a certificate and the overall winners will receive book tokens.\u00a0 Throughout the day pupils will be involved in a variety of events.\u00a0 For example, they will design a bookmark, be involved in writing poetry based on the work of poet James Carter and take part in a reading afternoon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We will be celebrating World Book Day on Friday 14th March.
