CHRISTMAS FAYRE 2019
Help urgently needed
The PSA urgently require your support for the Christmas Fayre –
- Raffle Prizes
Donations are required. Examples of items donated in the past are beauty vouchers, vouchers for services, sports memorabilia, experience vouchers, hotel stays, meal vouchers etc. If you have any contacts in the local community, have your own business or work for a company that would be able to make a donation it would be really appreciated. Donations can be made between now and 29th November to the school office. Any donations received by the week prior to the fayre will be publicised in our brochure which is given to all parents at the school.
Raffle tickets will be sold at the fayre and can be purchased in advance by contacting the PSA if you would like to buy tickets and are unable to attend on the day.
- Home Baking / Cupcakes
Please consider providing some home baking for the Home Baking stall. If you are able to help out could you contact the PSA, ideally letting us know what you will be able to provide so we are able to plan whether or not we need to supplement with “bought in” items.
- Secret ‘Wrap a Present’ Room
Donations of wrapping paper would be much appreciated.
- Pre-loved / gifts stall
Good condition pre-loved books or toys or any unwanted gifts or are urgently required for the pre-loved stall. Please hand into the school office or send to school with your child.
- Tombola
Our popular tombola is made up entirely of bottles donated by parents so we are looking for donations of spirits, wine, prosecco, champagne and beer, along with soft drinks. Please hand into the school office or send to school with your child.
- Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help set up the hall on Friday 29 November from 5.30pm onwards, to do a 1.5hr shift at a stall at the fayre on Saturday 30th November anytime from 12pm – 3pm and to help clear up from 3pm – 5pm. If you are able to help out can you please email stcadocspsa@gmail.com or contact Wendy Kelly, PSA Chair, on 07432 201816. Any help would be greatly appreciated and your child is welcome to help out along with you too.
The Christmas Fayre is our main fundraising event of the year with all the money raised being used for the benefit of the children throughout the year. It is also a great fun event enjoyed by all the children! We look forward to your support in making our 2019 Christmas Fayre a great success!
