There will be a number of revision classes for pupils in the lead up to the exams on 30th May.
Pupils should ensure that they take advantage of these valuable sessions as part of their preparation for the final exam.
S4 Modern Studies pupils recently enjoyed a trip to the Scottish Parliament where they received a tour of the Parliament building. We were also fortunate enough to sit in on the Convenors Group as they questioned the First Minister as well as receive a Q&A session with MSPs Ken MacIntosh and Jackson Carlaw.

There will be supported study on Tuesday 7th and Tuesday 14th January from 3.45 to 4.45 for S4 Modern Studies pupils. These sessions will focus on revision for the upcoming Prelim.
100 S2 pupils attended a screening of ‘The Butler’ on Tuesday 10th December. ‘The Butler’ tells the story of a black American who left life on a cotton plantation to become a butler for numerous US Presidents. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the film which ties in with our curriculum, looking at social inequalities in the USA.
Congratulations to S5 and S6 pupils who participated in the Mini Trials Inter-School Competition in Paisley Sheriff Court on Saturday 30th November. This involved pupils acting as lawyers, witnesses and jurors in cases overseen by the Sheriff.
Pupils gave an outstanding performance, successfully winning their prosecution case finding the defendant guilty.

The S3 USA NAB will take place on Thursday 14th June. All pupils should be revising using notes jotter.
