Course Information
National 4 & 5 Geography
The aim of the National level courses is to develop pupils’ knowledge and understanding of Geography about people, how we live in, adapt and change our planet. It is the science of the environment, related to people. Geography is part social science and part physical science.
The National Level Geography course is split into three units covering various topics:
- Physical Environments – Glaciation, Weather and Coasts.
- Human Environments – Population, Rural Geography and Urban Geography.
- Global Issues – Health
