Our thanks to staff at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum for taking four groups of pupils through a\u00a0fantastic critical and practical workshop.\u00a0 Pupils learned about a range of historical artworks and different approaches to talking about and analysing paintings.\u00a0 The afternoon session was more hands on with\u00a0pupils exploring various mark making techniques and bringing these together to\u00a0create an acrylic paint study.\u00a0\u00a0We hope to display these works as part of our upcoming Art & Design Exhibition in March.\u00a0 Well done to all pupils involved, the\u00a0paintings look fantastic!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
