information and\u00a0plan any additional support that a child\/ young person\u00a0may require. The JST in East Renfrewshire is a multi disciplinary meeting which places children\/ young people at the centre of a multi agency approach. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #008080\">The JST consists of a member of the senior management team in the school (who is usually the chair of the meeting) educational psychologist and a member of social work or health professional where appropriate.
