Here are a few highlights in the months to come. The playground team has consulted with the children \/ staff and will soon share more detailed plans. To make these happen, we need to raise significant amounts around half of which we hope to achieve through grant funding. The remainder will hopefully come from fundraising as above.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<u>PSA<\/u>\u00a0&#8211; the PSA works hard every year to ensure we have funds to pay for a variety of events \/ equipment &#8211; so please do continue to support all our events. Recent donations have included; Playground Speakers (\u00a3250), Science Festival (\u00a31,800), Kindle Covers for P1 (\u00a3150), Digital Cameras (\u00a3500), Fridge for nurture room (\u00a3200). Other annual expenses include: Buses for school trips (approx. \u00a32,000), Certificates for First Communicants (\u00a3200), Bibles \/ Korans for P7 leavers (\u00a3700), Ice-Cream for Sports Day (\u00a3600), P7 Disco \/ Ceilidh (\u00a3800), Christmas Parties (\u00a31,000)<\/li>\n<li><u>Class challenge<\/u>\u00a0\u2013 we will also soon appeal for representatives from each class to help organise this fun, family led challenge for each class to raise \u00a3100 through the year. Classes \/ stages can join together if they want to do events or activities which the children (and parents!) will enjoy \u2013 put the fun into fundraising! More details will follow and support \/ guidance will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That\u2019s our quick rundown of forthcoming highlights.
