At Our Lady of the Missions we are excited about taking part in ‘Maths Week Scotland,’ week commencing 11th September.
\nWe would be delighted if any parent\/carer, grandparent, \u00a0would have any spare time to come and talk to the children in how they use Maths in their workplace or indeed, just in their daily life.
\nExamples –
\nShopping, Accountant,\u00a0Builder,\u00a0Joiner, \u00a0Finance,\u00a0Baker, Chef, Engineer,\u00a0Travel Agent,\u00a0Seamstress,Computer Game Creator, \u00a0Computing, Architect, Taxi drivers, etc. \u00a0We all use Maths without realising it, so please phone the school on 0141 570 7280 as soon as possible, if you are able to join us at any time throughout next\u00a0week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
