Glasgow\u2019s Spirit of Christmas aims to support children throughout our communities suffering from financial hardship, or living in poverty, by providing Shoebox Gifts or Christmas Gift Bags filled with presents and treats, to children who would not otherwise receive any gifts or very much this Christmas.<\/p>\n
Help us include every child at Christmas and give them a magical experience and cherished memories to last a lifetime.<\/p>\n
Through Glasgow\u2019s Spirit of Christmas, Our Lady of the Missions has been paired with Renfrewshire Women\u2019s Aid to provide all the gifts they need for the children they support.<\/p>\n
A number of parents have already pledged their support but there are still plenty more children needing our help.\u00a0 I would like all the children to receive a gift package or shoe box containing a \u2018big\u2019 gift worth around \u00a310 – \u00a315 plus 4 or 5 smaller stocking type items: selection box, colouring book, ball, gloves, hat, toiletries for example.\u00a0 You can either donate a new item, from a sweet treat to a toy, or a whole package containing several items.\u00a0 All donations will be much appreciated.<\/p>\n
