{"id":5161,"date":"2014-01-30T13:36:13","date_gmt":"2014-01-30T12:36:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/OurLadyMissions\/?p=5161"},"modified":"2014-01-30T13:36:13","modified_gmt":"2014-01-30T12:36:13","slug":"active-kids-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/OurLadyMissions\/2014\/01\/30\/active-kids-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Active Kids Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our school has once again signed up for the Sainsbury\u2019s Active Kids Programme.\u00a0 Active Kids is a great opportunity to give young people the chance to try new and fun activities, learn life skills and get excited about having a healthy lifestyle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s easy to get involved by collecting Active Kids vouchers at any Sainsbury\u2019s store or online.\u00a0 Last year we used our vouchers to acquire some playground games equipment which pupils are currently enjoying.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0This year we would like to use the vouchers to extend and upgrade our P.E equipment.\u00a0 Every child has to undertake 2 hours of physical activity or sport each week and we aim to provide a well structured and well equipped experience for our pupils.
