Madras Family Centre is situated next to Neilston Primary School, we are a campus under joint headship. Children between the ages of two and school age attend. It is multi-denominational. There are places for eighty morning and eighty afternoon pupils for three to five year olds and fifteen morning and afternoon places for two year olds. The nursery serves the villages of Neilston and Uplawmoor. Our associated Primary Schools are St Thomas’ Primary, Neilston Primary and Uplawmoor Primary and we have close association with schools in our Eastwood Cluster Group.
The sessions are as follows;
Core hours are from 8.50am until 12 noon and from 12.50pm until 4.00pm.
Extended hours are as agreed in your contract with East Renfrewshire Council.
Additional and Holiday entitlement is 9.00am until 12 noon and from 1.00pm until 4.00pm.
Doors open for collection 10 minutes before end of session.
The family centre offers wraparound hours to parents if there are spaces available. Please ask at our office for more details of this service and also information on the wraparound services available during school holidays.
