There will soon be an opening on the Percussion timetable for lessons.
Any pupil in S1 and S2 who would be interested in auditioning should give their name ASAP to their music teacher.
Once we have a list of names more details will be given about auditions.
There will be a short meeting for all pupils going to Old Trafford for the Manchester United match on Monday 26th January at the morning interval in room E6 (Social Subjects).
Applications are open for S5 and S6 pupils to apply for a FREE place at the RZSS Summer School 2015.
This is a 1 week placement during the summer holidays at either Edinburgh Zoo or Highland Wildlife Park.
The placement involves studying animal behaviour, animal enclosure design and learning about the work of the vets.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who are considering applying to Vet Medicine or any other animal-related course.
Any pupil interested in applying should see Mrs Wilson in Science Lab A8.
The Table Tennis club will start up this Thursday lunch-time in PE. All pupils are welcome but you must bring trainers to change into for playing.
There are currently opportunities for eligible pupils to apply for The Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. Any interested pupil should contact Mrs Ward

Mr Phillips and Ms O’Donnell have sent home a letter inviting fourth and fifth year parents and carers to an Options Information Evening which will take place on Monday 2nd February.
The evening will take the form of a presentation covering the choices which require to be made by pupils as they progress into S5/S6, the support offered by the school in making these choices and the nature of the S5/S6 curriculum.
