East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership are holding to a transition event for pupils with Additional Support Needs on Thursday 19th September from 3pm to 8pm at Eastwood House, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, Glasgow G46 7JL.
This event is has been arranged to help better inform parents and young people of the transition process and the potential supports available during this time.
If you are likely to leave school in 2020, you also have the opportunity to book an individual appointment with the SDS Forum and/or MART (East Renfrewshire Council’s Monday Advice and Representation Team). Please contact the relevant person below to arrange a time in advance;
