For the first time parents and carers will have their own dedicated slot at the Scottish Learning Festival.
The National Parent Forum of Scotland (NPFS) and the Scottish Parent Teacher Council (SPTC) have joined forces to bring a packed programme of discussions and guest exhibitors to connect parents, teachers and other partners.
Please encourage parents and carers you know to register on the SLF website and come along to Parents Connect.
MCHS is offering a range of after school clubs for this term. A letter has been sent home detailing all the clubs and payment information.
Clubs begin the week beginning 1st September (unless otherwise stated) and commence straight after the school day for the duration shown in the letter.

Spaces have become available on the Percussion timetable.
Any S1 pupil who is interested in lessons and would like to be considered for this should give their name to a member of the music department ASAP.
All other timetables are full so this may be your only opportunity to audition for instrumental lessons.
This is a reminder that the S3/S4 philosophy club has restarted in room D18, on Monday lunchtimes.
Any S5 pupils who wish to come will be very welcome. From this year, we will also be responsible for the ‘thunks’ that are scattered round the school. Bring your lunch and be prepared to be philosophically challenged!!
East Renfrewshire Under 15 and Under 17 netball training starts at Williamwood High School on Wednesday 27th August from 4.00 until 6.00pm.
