Office 365 ProPlus

All Glow users, can get copies of Microsoft Office 2016 to use on their home devices – PC, Mac, phones and tablets.

This will enable the use of a range of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote etc) on up to 15 home devices without cost (the 15 licences being split as 5 for PCs and/or Macs, 5 for tablets and 5 for phones).

To do this, login to Glow, from the launch pad click the Office 365 Home tile (image below) then the “Install Office apps” button and follow the instructions.

TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGE

Please could we ask you to send in empty cereal boxes, cardboard, plastic bottles and any other odd bits and pieces that you may have at home that would be suitable for your making a model for our Inter-HouseTechnology Challenge.
Please could you send these items in with your child on or before Thursday 14th December?

EARLY CLOSURE

School will close on the 20th December at 2.30pm.

Please note: normal arrangements will apply for pupils using school transport. School will return next session on Thursday 4th January 2018.

Christmas Services

Our Christmas services will take place on:

Wednesday 20th December.

The P1-4 service will start at 10.00am and the P5-7 service will start at 1.00pm

The services will be held in Broom Parish Church and  be led by Rev Jim Boag.
Ladies from Broom Church have kindly offered to provide tea and coffee in the church vestibule from 12.30pm. We hope as many of you as possible will join together for a mince pie and a chat.
This year our Senior Choir led by Mr Edge will be performing at both services and our Strings Group led by Mr Robinson will be performing at the P1-4 service.
Due to the timings of the services we have made the following change for Wednesday 20th December only:
Whole school lunchtime – 11.45 – 12.30 pm
We hope to see you at the church to join our celebrations.
