The project will focus on educating the young people about healthy eating and exercise, with support of their families.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Healthy Lives @ IMS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 1st June, 6:00 &#8211; 8:00pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Wednesday 8th June, 6:00 &#8211; 8:00pm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each taster session will be structured as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6:00 &#8211; 6:15pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 welcome and introduction.<\/li>\n<li>6:15 &#8211; 7:00pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 healthy cooking session with catering specialist.<\/li>\n<li>7:00 &#8211; 7:15pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 break with refreshments<\/li>\n<li>7:15 &#8211; 8:00pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 group activity with Active Schools Coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Places on the programme are limited and must be booked in advanc,.
