Some of the staff have attended Makaton beginners workshops to help support this initiative and support young people with communication difficulties.<\/p>\n<p>Staff are currently working on developing singing and<br \/>\nsigning sessions and storytelling using Makaton.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZnIi--6767g\" target=\"_blank\">Click here for a short video<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Autism awareness days have also been introduced and more are planned for the future. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makaton.org\/blog\/out-and-about\/Culzean\" target=\"_blank\">Check out the site for more information.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Culzean &#8211; First Makaton Friendly Castle Culzean Castle and Country Park is one of the most visited heritage attractions in Scotland.
