{"id":4162,"date":"2014-05-09T15:56:11","date_gmt":"2014-05-09T14:56:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/IsobelMair\/?p=4162"},"modified":"2014-05-12T09:38:50","modified_gmt":"2014-05-12T08:38:50","slug":"stargaze-drama-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/IsobelMair\/2014\/05\/09\/stargaze-drama-2\/","title":{"rendered":"StarGaze Drama"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">FAME JR&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/span><\/em><\/h1>\n<p>Congratultions to all the pupils who took part in last night&#8217;s premier of &#8220;Fame JR&#8221; at Eastwood Theatre.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure you will agree that everyone\u00a0was amazing and all the hard work\u00a0definetly paid off.<\/p>\n<p>We had young people who were nervous but keen to get on stage, and others who wanted to prove to themselves that they could do it, and they surely did with a standing ovation at the end.<\/p>\n<p>Miss Antelmi (Director) and Mr Hay (Musical Director) would like to thank everyone for all their support during the weekly drama sessions, supporting our young people to become confident individuals\u00a0and successful learners.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Fame photos\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/public\/IsobelMair\/uploads\/sites\/88\/2014\/05\/fame.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Click here<\/a> to see some photographs from FAME<\/p>\n<p>This is a weekly\u00a0after school club organised and run by volunteers\u00a0from school staff, however, the principles of the drama group still\u00a0tie in with a CfE and here are some of the experiences and outcomes that they have been working towards this year:<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPRESSIVE ARTS EXPERIENCES AND OUTCOMES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I have created and presented scripted or improvised drama, beginning to take account of audience and atmosphere<\/li>\n<li>I have experienced the energy and excitement of presenting\/performing for audiences and being part of an audience for other people\u2019s presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HEALTH AND WELLBEING EXPERIENCES AND OUTCOMES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I know that friendship, caring, sharing, fairness and equality and love are important in building positive relationships. As I develop and value relationships, I care and show respect for myself and others.<\/li>\n<li>I recognise that each individual has a unique blend of abilities and needs.
