The class split into 3 groups and\u00a0rotated round\u00a03 different\u00a0work stations with various learning internions set out\u00a0for the pupils to work through.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Clark, our Depute Head Teacher joined us for this lesson as it was part of our Science monitoring.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"mAIRwaves FM renewable energy\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/IsobelMair\/pupils\/ims-live-mair-fm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Listen to mAIRwaves FM from last week<\/a> as the pupils\u00a0discussed renewable energy and have a look at how they have\u00a0now generalised this infomation into this weeks tasks.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Station 1 was the SMART Table<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><em><strong>Learning Intentions<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>To review your knowledge of renewable energy<br \/>\nTo work as part of a group.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Success Criteria<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nI can answer questions about renewable energy.<br \/>\nI can work with my peers to answer questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Station 2 was labelling images<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<em><strong>Learning Intentions<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>To label the different types of renewable energy.<br \/>\nTo work as part of a group.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Success Criteria<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>I can label 2 types of renewable energy.<br \/>\nI can work with my peers to label the renewable energy sources<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Station 3 was building a wind turbine using lego\/kinex<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><em><strong>Learning Intentions<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nTo design a wind turbine or solar panel using different materials.<br \/>\nTo work as part of a group.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Success Criteria<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>I can build a wind turbine or a solar panel.<br \/>\nI can work with my peers to label the renewable energy sources..<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Classes Whalsay and Tiree are continuing with their Science topic &#8211; Electricity.
