Our Healthy Lives at IMS After School Programme will take place on Thursday 27th April for 5 weeks from 6-8pm.
There will be Cookery demonstrations from ERC Catering Services Staff. Pupils and their families are supplied with ingredients and can enjoy making and eating healthy meals.
Our Active schools co-ordinators will be leading the activity sessions.

We have some excited pupils from classes Tiree, Harris, Lewis and Islay waiting for the Google Explorer, expedition visit to Crookfur Primary this afternoon.

Class Staffa enjoyed a trip to the People’s Palace and Winter garden this afternoon.
They were looking for a suitable “jungle” location to film their Madagascar film with Class Jura as part of our Mela Film Festival.
They think the Winter Gardens will be just perfect!
Glow Users can now download for free the Microsoft Office 2016 apps on up to 15 personal devices; up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets (Windows, iPad and Android) and 5 phones. Making these apps available helps Glow users take full advantage of the opportunities these tools offer. The Office apps which include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote provide a learning platform that extends beyond school and into the world of work.
To download the Office 2016 apps, log in to Glow and either click on the ‘Download Office Now’ tile or go to the ‘Office 365 Home’ tile and once in Office 365, click on “Install Office 2016” at the top right of the page.
Our Lochgoilhead information evening for the “Dreams Come True” weekend will take place on Wednesday 26th April at 6:30pm.

What an amazing achievement, we are all so proud of you.
Some of our senior pupils attended a West of Scotland Employment Conference yesterday. They found this an enjoyable and informative day and made IMS so proud of them with their positive attitudes and exemplary behaviour.
Thank you to everyone who supported Amy, S5 by paying £1 and wearing jammies to school.

Amy would like to say a huge thank you to everyone for taking part and help her with her fundraising quest to allow her to attend the Special Olympics GB National Games in Sheffield this summer.
Congratulations to Marc Wilson and Rob Kenwell who attended the Head Boy/Girl awards at Eastwood House this morning and received their award from ERC and Mrs Shaw, Director of Education.
They have been great ambassadors, representing the school and fulfilling their duties.
Class Lewis had a wonderful learning experience this morning during outdoor learning with Mrs McKinnon.
They found a frog and made it safe in the school grounds.
Bring £1 to school and support our very own Special Olympian, Amy and wear your pyjamas to school.
Reminder that school closes at 2:30pm tomorrow for the Spring holiday, no extended school day.
School will re-open on Tuesday 18th April.
