Part of Curriculum for Excellence (CfE) is that all children are entitled to a well rounded education, known as Broad General Education (BGE).<\/p>\n
In the Textile, Health & Food Technology Department we have taken this on board as well as National recomenations towards improving the Scottish diet and have created a series of courses which will not only expose pupils to \u201creal life\u201d skills which will be with them forever, but also prepare them for the rest of their school career.<\/p>\n
